I’ll providing music between 3pm and 5pm at the West Vancouver Memorial Library’s Access4All Community Fair on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.
The event actually runs from 1:30 to 5pm. Under the Piano’s musical contribution will be from 3pm to 5pm. They have a grand piano at the location and there will be cushions underneath so participants can get a brief taste of what the Under the Piano experience is like.
The community fair was created to celebrate the Library’s new accessibility ramp to promote access and inclusion on the North Shore.
The Access4All Fair is for people of all ages who live with, or care for others with physical, learning, developmental and sensory challenges.
- Opening Remarks and Ribbon Cutting: 1:30 p.m.
- Community Celebrity Presentations — Jenna Reed-Cote and Art Jonker: 2 p.m.
- Assistive Technology Showcase, Abilities Meet-Up Zone, Service Provider Exhibits, Under the Piano Music Experience, Library Tours, Virtual Reality Demonstrations: 3 – 5 p.m.
- Paws4Stories Youth Storytime: 4 – 4:30 p.m.
