Under the Piano Affiliate Program - How it Works

Thank you for your interest in sharing Under the Piano with your clients and community. This page explains everything you need to know about how the program works.

How You Earn

When someone books a session through your unique referral link, you earn a 15% commission on the completed purchase. Commissions are tracked for 30 days from the first click — so if a client clicks your link today and books next week, you still receive credit.

Your Referral Link

After your application is approved, you will receive a unique referral link through your affiliate dashboard. You can share this link by email, on your website, or through any channel that suits your practice. Your link works across the entire Under the Piano website, not just the page it lands on.

Two Ways Your Referral is Tracked

The easiest way to ensure you receive credit is to share your unique referral link directly with clients. When they purchase through your link, the commission is attributed to you automatically with no action required from the client.

If a client finds Under the Piano on their own without using your link, they can still credit you at checkout by selecting your username from the affiliate field. Choose a username your clients will recognize immediately — your name or business name works best.

Approval Process

All applications are reviewed personally by Craig before approval. You will receive an email confirming the status of your application. This process typically takes one to two business days.

Getting Paid

Commissions are paid via Stripe directly to your bank account. You will need to connect your Stripe account through your affiliate dashboard to receive payments. Commissions are held for 30 days after a purchase before being released for payment. This window exists to account for the cancellation period and ensure commission accuracy.

What Happens if a Session is Cancelled After I’ve Been Paid?

In the rare case that a cancellation occurs after your commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from your next payout. Craig will always communicate with you directly if this situation arises.
