The studio is in Vancouver’s West End, a leafy, walkable neighbourhood near English Bay, with views of the bay from the studio itself. The seawall is a five-minute walk from the front door, and guests often enjoy a stroll before or after their session. Not at all. You do not need to know anything about music, and you choose how much to share. Some guests talk at length about their lives; others simply say how they are feeling in the moment. The music responds to whatever you offer, even comfortable silence.

Yes. The studio is on the sixth floor, accessible by elevator. You recline on a cushioned memory-foam mat at floor level, and alternative seating is available if needed. Craig prioritizes comfort and dignity for every guest, including those navigating pregnancy or mobility considerations.

Craig understands the unpredictability of travel. Sessions can be rescheduled, cancelled, or transferred to another person with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Less than 24 hours or a no-show incurs a $150 fee. For cruise passengers and business travelers with tight schedules, Craig is flexible and communicative.
