Craig understands that travel plans change. The following applies to all Under the Piano sessions and gift certificates.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice receive a full refund or may be transferred to a new date at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, incur a $150 fee. For cruise passengers and travelers with tight itineraries, Craig is flexible and communicative — please reach out as soon as you know.

Transfers
Any session or gift certificate may be transferred to another person at any time, including back to the purchaser. Simply contact Craig to arrange a new certificate for the new recipient.

Gift Certificates
Digital gift certificates are non-refundable but are fully transferable and have no expiry date.

Recordings
Your session includes a professionally produced digital recording delivered within one to three days. If there is any issue with delivery or quality, Craig will resolve it promptly and personally.
