Under the Piano Affiliate Program – Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Participation in the Under the Piano affiliate program is subject to the following terms. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these conditions.

Eligibility
The program is open to concierges, travel advisors, wellness practitioners, and other professionals whose clients may benefit from the Under the Piano experience. Craig reserves the right to approve or decline any application at his discretion.

Commissions
A 15% commission is earned on qualifying purchases made through your referral link within the 30-day tracking window. Commissions are held for 30 days after purchase before being released for payment. Commissions on cancelled or refunded bookings are automatically voided. If a cancellation occurs after a commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s next payout. Craig will communicate directly with any affiliate affected by this situation.

Honest Promotion
Affiliates agree to represent Under the Piano honestly and accurately. You may not make claims about the experience that are not supported by the content on the Under the Piano website. Craig takes the integrity of the experience seriously and expects the same from all affiliate partners.

Referral Links
You may not bid on Under the Piano branded keywords in paid advertising, or use your referral link in any misleading or deceptive way. Self-referrals are not permitted.

Tracking
Your referral link uses a cookie with a 30-day tracking window. This means your link follows clients across the entire Under the Piano website for 30 days from their first click, not just on the page they first landed on.

Cancellations After Payout
If a session is cancelled after a commission has already been paid, Under the Piano reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission amount from the affiliate’s next payout. In the event there is no subsequent payout, Craig will contact the affiliate directly to arrange a resolution. We are committed to handling these situations fairly and transparently, and we appreciate the same good faith from our affiliates.

Program Changes
Under the Piano reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the program at any time. Active affiliates will be notified with reasonable notice before any significant changes take effect.
